Mit dem Weinbau und der Weinherstellung habe ich 1986 als Obstbauer begonnen.
\nIm Jahr 2000 wurde ich zum Profi und bewirtschaftete 3,5 Hektar Weinberge, haupts\u00e4chlich auf den H\u00fcgeln von Sementi und Monte Carasso.
\nIm Jahr 2004 habe ich das Weingut gebaut.
\nIch habe mich durch das Lesen von B\u00fcchern und Weiterbildungskurse an der Universit\u00e4t von Bordaux weitergebildet.
\nDer Turm Fortini della fame befindet sich auf einer kleinen Spitze und das Gebiet wird als Pizzorin bezeichnet, weshalb ich der Kellerei und dem hier produzierten Wein diesen Namen gegeben habe.
\nIch wurde von einem Redakteur eines italienischen Weinf\u00fchrers zum besten Weingut des Tessins gew\u00e4hlt.
\nIch habe mehrere Gold- und Silbermedaillen erhalten und war einmal der drittbeste Merlot der Schweiz.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=“.vc_custom_1717664349166{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}“]\n
