\u00c0 PROPOS DE NOUS<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

J’ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 cultiver la vigne et \u00e0 produire du vin en 1986 en tant qu’obbiste.
\nEn 2000, je suis devenu professionnel et j’ai cultiv\u00e9 3,5 hectares de vignes, principalement sur les collines de Sementi et de Monte Carasso.
\nEn 2004, j’ai construit la cave.
\nJe me suis form\u00e9 en lisant des livres et en suivant des cours de formation continue \u00e0 l’Universit\u00e9 de Bordaux.
\nLa tour Fortini della fame est situ\u00e9e sur un petit lacet et la zone est une appellation g\u00e9ographique Pizzorin, c’est pourquoi j’ai donn\u00e9 ce nom \u00e0 la cave et au vin qui y est produit.
\nJ’ai \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu meilleur \u00e9tablissement vinicole du Tessin par un r\u00e9dacteur du guide italien des vins.
\nJ’ai re\u00e7u plusieurs m\u00e9dailles d’or et d’argent et j’ai \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu troisi\u00e8me meilleur merlot de Suisse.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1717664284831{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}\u00a0\u00bb]\n
