Entre l’Ombrie et la Toscane, sur les collines du lac Trasim\u00e8ne et du lac Chiusi, dans la commune de Castiglione del Lago, na\u00eet Madrevite.
\nTrois g\u00e9n\u00e9rations de viticulteurs se transmettent le lien immuable et profond entre l’homme et la nature.\u2028Madrevite est n\u00e9 en 2003, lorsque Nicola a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 restaurer l’entreprise familiale et a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de replanter une partie des anciens vignobles de son grand-p\u00e8re Zino, datant de 1978. C’est ainsi qu’est n\u00e9 son nouveau projet : \u00ab\u00a0Mes racines culturelles s’accrochent avec t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 \u00e0 la terre : j’ai toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 un viticulteur.
\nDans ma famille, la tradition viticole raconte une histoire intemporelle de sagesse, de pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance, de coop\u00e9ration, de scrupules et de confiance (parce que la r\u00e9colte ne correspond pas toujours aux attentes et qu’un agriculteur le sait).
\nAvec le nouveau mill\u00e9naire, j’ai voulu \u00e9crire un autre chapitre de cette histoire, en conservant pr\u00e9cieusement la richesse des connaissances qui m’ont \u00e9t\u00e9 transmises\u00a0\u00bb.
