Louis et Isabelle Cherpillod ont \u00e9t\u00e9 propri\u00e9taires du restaurant Vinzel de 1897 \u00e0 1925. Durant cette p\u00e9riode, ils ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 les c\u00e9l\u00e8bres \u00ab\u00a0Cro\u00fbtes de Vinzel\u00a0\u00bb, aujourd\u2019hui plus connues et appr\u00e9ci\u00e9es sous le nom de Malakoffs.<\/p>\n

En 1925, ils ont vendu le restaurant et acquis le Domaine des Rossillonnes, construit en 1838.<\/p>\n

En 1931, leur fils Ernest, alors \u0153nologue au Ch\u00e2teau de Vinzel, a rachet\u00e9 le Domaine des Rossillonnes, qu\u2019il a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 g\u00e9rer en 1936 avec son \u00e9pouse, Emma.<\/p>\n

En 1953, leur fille et leur gendre, Denise et Ren\u00e9 Bourguignon-Cherpillod, ont repris le domaine et ont entrepris de d\u00e9velopper la commercialisation des vins en bouteille.<\/p>\n

En 1978, la quatri\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, Jean-Paul et Martine Besson-Bourguignon, a pris la direction de l\u2019entreprise. La superficie du vignoble a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u00e9g\u00e8rement agrandie, la production de vin en bouteille a continu\u00e9 de cro\u00eetre et le domaine a \u00e9t\u00e9 rebaptis\u00e9 Cave des Rossillonnes.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s avoir termin\u00e9 ses \u00e9tudes en viticulture et \u0153nologie, le fils du propri\u00e9taire, Martial, a rejoint l’entreprise en 2000. Il s’est concentr\u00e9 sur la diversification, portant le nombre de c\u00e9pages de trois \u00e0 neuf. Titulaire d’un master en viticulture, il a pris officiellement la direction de l’entreprise en 2012. La m\u00eame ann\u00e9e, un nouveau b\u00e2timent de production a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 du chai historique.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2″][vc_column_text css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1772808436565{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}\u00a0\u00bb]\n
