Au c\u0153ur du domaine se dresse le manoir, datant d&rsquo;environ 1700, avec des caves r\u00e9cemment r\u00e9nov\u00e9es et \u00e9quip\u00e9es des technologies vinicoles les plus modernes.<\/p>\n<p>La famille Bossini-Gori, propri\u00e9taire du domaine, supervise directement chaque \u00e9tape de la production, consacrant toutes ses ressources \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration de vins de grande qualit\u00e9. Ces vins sont le fruit d&rsquo;une recherche approfondie des c\u00e9pages id\u00e9aux pour la r\u00e9gion et d&rsquo;une parfaite harmonie entre les m\u00e9thodes de production et le potentiel du terroir.
